If you do a search for "configuring winamp" you will come to the appropriate section on the webpage. The document addresses the program's ability to view a playlist in a hierarchal view. Directly above this section the document addresses the program's ability to incorporate URLs into the playlist (the line starts with "control+L")
If winamp is a prior art possibility, maybe there is a different way to find some prior art. I found winamp.com and wondered about inviting someone via 'Invite A Reviewer' or maybe finding a dated document on that site. At my first look I didn't find anything right away.
