receiving a confirmation from the prospective service provider that the particular service level agreement and the combination of the acceptable value for the at least one service variable, the acceptable value for the at least one service level attribute and the acceptable value for the cost estimate form an agreed- to service level agreement which will bind the prospective service customer and the prospective service customer during a service delivery event.
