Patent/Application # 7603360
Description
This patent describes a very similar idea of using information to provide more relevant search results and enhancements for many other network-based activities. Basically, search is refined with the knowledge of location and other information, and location information can be gathered via GPS module, GSM cell tower triangulation or be provided manually by the user when performing the search.
